M Social Singapore announced the appointment of Louis Tan as Head Chef of Beast & Butterflies. With an accomplished culinary background that spans 17 years of experience at dining establishments across Australia and Singapore, Chef Louis brings with him a diverse resume of stints at various hotels, resorts and restaurants. He joins M Social Singapore from his prior role as Head Chef at one of the concepts under The Lo & Behold Group.

In his new capacity, Chef Louis will showcase his extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and recipes amassed from his background in French and European cuisine. His creations are inspired by international influences, which comes through from experimenting with robust ingredients and flavors.
